3. Vehicle Information and Offers

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your vehicle when requesting an offer through our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the vehicle's make, model, year, mileage, condition, accident history, and title status.

Offers provided through our Service are based on the information you provide and are subject to verification upon physical inspection of the vehicle. If the vehicle's actual condition differs significantly from the information provided, we reserve the right to adjust or withdraw the offer.

Offers are typically valid for 7 days from issuance, unless otherwise specified. After this period, the offer may be subject to change based on updated market conditions.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Payment

If you accept an offer through our Service, you agree to make the vehicle available for pickup at the scheduled time and location. You or your authorized representative must be present at the time of pickup to complete the necessary paperwork and transfer the vehicle.

Payment will be made at the time of pickup, after verification of the vehicle's condition and completion of all required documentation. Payment methods may include check, electronic transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of offer acceptance.

You must provide all required documentation for the vehicle sale, including but not limited to the vehicle title, registration, and valid identification. Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in delays or cancellation of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThrottleBucks, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ThrottleBucks, Inc.

6. User Content
